January's Express Series brew is Phantom Express Hazy IPA.

5.5% ABV

This hazy, aromatic brew showcases juicy and tropical notes, derived from the use of Phantasm & New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This imparts a unique sweetness and complexity to the beer.  Nelson Sauvin, Motueka & Simcoe hops were carefully selected because they are rich in thiols, organic compounds responsible for the distinct aromas that are unlocked using Phantasm paired with a thiol releasing yeast. The result is an aromatic beer with notes of grapefruit, guava, and stone fruit nectar.
